We want you to love your new modular space. If a product isn’t the perfect fit for your home, we are here to help.
30-day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Return Conditions:
Items must be completely unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Because we specialise in space-saving furniture, please ensure all items are carefully re-boxed exactly as they arrived.
The “Tiny Home” Fit Guarantee (Important!)
Please measure your doorways, hallways and stairwells carefully before ordering large furniture items. If an item needs to be returned simply because it does not fit through your entryway, the customer will be responsible for the return courier freight cost.
How to Start a Return:
- Email our team at support@modefurnishings.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.
- Once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
